Climate economics & policy • Carbon pricing • Data
I am Head of Climate Research at Oxford Economics in London and an Associate Researcher with the Energy Policy Research Group at the University of Cambridge. Previously, I was a climate economist in the European Department of the International Monetary Fund and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Resources for the Future in Washington, DC.
My research focuses on carbon pricing, climate policy design and diffusion, and the distributional impacts of climate policy. I build datasets and tools that make policy comparable across countries, and my work has appeared in scientific journals such as Nature Climate Change, Scientific Data, and Energy Economics. I earned my PhD in Business Economics from the University of Cambridge in 2020.
